Sebastian Snow is a long-established and well-known chef with over 30 years of experience at the helm of critically acclaimed restaurants. He first made his mark in West London, opening Snows on the Green in 1991 and later expanding to three more celebrated restaurants across the city. In 2008, Sebastian and his wife Lana relocated to the Cotswolds, where they transformed The Swan at Southrop into a destination gastro pub, winning the Good Food Guide’s UK Restaurant of the Year in 2010. Four years later, Sebastian was invited to 10 Downing Street to cook for the Prime Minister, a proud highlight in his career.
Together, Sebastian and Lana went on to create and run four thriving Cotswold pubs, including the much-loved Five Alls in Filkins. After selling their final pub in 2025, they launched The Cotswold Chef, a way to bring the warmth and flair of their restaurant experience directly into private homes.
Sebastian’s cooking reflects his Italian heritage and a modern European style with dishes rooted in regional Italian and French traditions, elevated by skill yet never over-worked, allowing the natural flavours of the ingredients to shine.
